# Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your new shower head! If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

🔁 **Returns**
You may return your product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

💳 **Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 3–5 working days.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
