1. Company Overview
The Deehale online store, accessible at www.deehale.com, is operated by Deehale (hereinafter "we", "us", "the company"). We specialize in the sale of filtered showerheads, designed to improve water quality when showering.
We only ship within New Zealand.

2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
All products are new and guaranteed to comply with New Zealand law in force at the time of the order.

3. Prices
The prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs are indicated when the order is placed and depend on the delivery address in New Zealand.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders
Any order placed on www.deehale.com implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Once your order has been validated and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment
Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the website (e.g., credit card, Stripe, etc.).
Payments are completely secure. The order will only be processed after payment has been validated.

6. Delivery
We deliver exclusively within New Zealand.
Delivery times generally vary between 6 and 10 business days, except in cases of force majeure or stock shortages.
Delivery costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. In the event of an error, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with New Zealand consumer protection legislation, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return if you change your mind.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

8. Warranties and Liabilities
Our filter shower heads come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against any manufacturing defects.
We shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or any other loss related to the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The personal information collected when you place your order is necessary for its processing and delivery.
We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
You may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of New Zealand.
